Developer Fees
Capacity Charge: Capacity Fees are for new water services in the District. The fees provide funds to build facilities needed to accommodate new development.
A Capital Improvement fee must be paid to AVEK before we can proceed. Here is a link to their webpage. http://avek.org Keep in mind, as our cost increases by meter size, so do theirs and the 3/4″ is the price shown on their rates page.

Water Replenishment Fee: This is in addition to the Capacity Fee, and is equal to the current cost of one share in a District selected Water Bank as of 2013. This is a requirement to “be able to” serve all customers from a primary source of water.
