Born and raised in the Antelope Valley, Dr. Massari attended Antelope Valley High School. Furthering his education, he went on to Oklahoma State University and then Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.  Returning home to the Antelope Valley, he established a private practice in 1986. He and his wife Luann, married in 1980, have three grown children and two grandchildren.  “Having lived in the District for 32 years, I am proud to serve as a Director for an agency that continues to grow and evolve as the times and needs change.”
